The inspiration behind establishing Finance Architect Solutions stems from a deep desire to give back to the community that has shaped my professional journey over the past two decades. After 20⁺ years of navigating and thriving in the financial services industry, I recognized a growing need for structured support and real-world guidance for those just starting out.

With a background in Mechatronic Engineering, Medical Science (Hons), and qualifications in Finance & Mortgage Broking, I bring a fresh, analytical approach to helping you master your financial journey. At 24, with over six years in corporate sales, I’m all about leadership, growth, and making finance feel simple and empowering. Whether you’re buying your first home or levelling up financially—I’ve got your back. Let’s build something big together.

James Chen

I’m James Chen—a finance broker with a business mindset and deep roots in property, projects, and performance. I started in my family’s conveyancing firm, ran a drilling company, and led exploration projects in Queensland. With a degree in Agricultural Economics and over six years in finance, I tailor funding solutions—from luxury cars to home and commercial loans.

I’ve worked with brands like BMW and Dutton One, treating every application as my own—strategically structured, outcome-driven, and built to support your goals with clarity, confidence, and precision.

Rooh Ali

I’m Rooh Ali — Business Development Manager specialising in commercial and consumer asset finance.

My background in the automotive industry and strong connections in real estate allow me to offer clients a well-rounded perspective across multiple asset types. I help businesses and individuals secure and finance vehicles, heavy machinery, and both residential and commercial properties.

I take the grunt work out of finding and financing assets, managing the process from start to finish so my clients can focus on what matters most. I’m committed to delivering tailored finance solutions that support each client’s goals.
